if you are a mother, you have an obligation to change generational conditioning around weight, body composition, and taking care of yourself.
As mothers, our job is to take care of our children. And for most of you, you do this very well. So well in fact that you put yourself last, so they can be first.
You want them to have full, abundant lives and become healthy citizens of the world.
Yet you are not modeling this yourself.
Kids, mostly little girls are watching & listening. They will hear every word you say when talking about what you eat, how much you eat, how much you weigh, what size clothes you wear, if your thighs rub together, how much cellulite you have, how you look at yourself in the mirror, what you say about other women’s size….everything.
This is being passed down through generational and societal conditioning from you, your mother, and her mother…..and the cycle repeats, generation after generation.
As a mother who wants the best for her children, it is your responsibility to change this for them. It’s as important as anything else you do for them. Because if you don’t, you are perpetuating the cycle. They will struggle with their body image just like you will. They will follow in your footsteps of constant dieting. They will learn to sacrifice self-care. They will model after you.
Do you want this for them?
If not, be the woman who breaks the cycle.
Be the Mom who changes the narrative for her little girl.
Be the role model for EVERY child, woman, mother, grandmother, & human being of what true health looks like; regardless of how much you weigh.
In The SHED women choose to break the cycle.
They choose to do the deep work to unwind passed down damaging beliefs.
They choose to work hard to change their own behaviors so they can experience life free of this bullsh!t AND reap the reward that comes from it…a life living in a healthy, happy, mobile, strong, lean body & mind.
And when they achieve this, they will become the NEW role model for the next generation.
This is how we make a change in the world ladies. Doing the work for yourself, which gives others permission to do the same.
Join us on January 2nd to become a part of the movement to break the cycle.
One woman at a time.
One daughter at a time.
One human at a time.

PS: Your children are your bigger “why”. When you become tired of doing the work on yourself, your health & weight, you can always gain strength from knowing the work you are doing is more important than just the number on the scale. It’s not just for you, it’s for her too. The SHED is the container for you to do just this. We will support you in your bigger “why”. Lean on us by joining the January 2nd cohort.
