If you continue to treat your body like a dumpster you’re going to bankrupt your health
What does this mean exactly?
It means that if you keep making withdrawals, at some point, the accounts going to be empty. Your hormones will suffer, your weight will increase, your gut will be a mess, and you live in a perpetual state of low-level anxiety. Your body is going to be pissed and she will let you know in subtle and not-so-subtle ways.
The way I see you making withdrawals is this.
Every time you eat low-quality, crappy processed food, you are making a withdrawal from your health.
Pouring a glass of wine each night to de-stress is a nightly withdrawal.
Sitting at your desk all day without a break is a withdrawal.
Skipping the gym – withdrawal.
Living in resentment for “having” to manage everything with the family and house – withdrawal.
Not taking time for your own care – withdrawal.
Putting your needs last – withdrawal.
If you actually want to change your body composition, you need to make some deposits…consistently.
And I’m not going to insult you here by telling you what that looks like. Because you know what to do (for the most part – I can fill in the science piece that you need help with through lab testing), you’re just not doing it.
Think about it.
You know what to do 75% of the time, so why aren’t you doing it?
And who’s going to be the person to help you figure out the remaining 25%?
Your first deposit is to decide to invest in hiring an expert to help you consistently make deposits back into your health AND figure out the remaining 25% that only a specialist can.
The SHED will do this for you.
It’ll teach you how to consistently make deposits back into your health using data from lab testing, and then consistently do the work to maintain it…which you guessed it, leads to natural weight loss.
The window to apply closes on December 23rd.
We begin on January 2nd.
