I’ve not felt well in a long time and I want to share it with you.
Because you need to know that I understand what you are going through, and how to help you out of it.
Even though I’m a functional health expert, I have a human body that likes to do wild shit when I push it too hard…and she lets me know in a not-to-subtle way.

Ok, here it is.
The last two years I felt….tired.
Not just the normal tired because I stayed up too late, no, bone tired. Soul tired!
I’d have to take naps in the middle of the day just to get THROUGH the day.
My brain felt like dial-up internet; sloooow.
I was cold ALL. THE. TIME! I’d have to take daily baths in the winter just to warm up.
I wore a snowsuit and hat to bed…at least that’s what I call it – pants, wool socks, long underwear top WITH a sweater, and yes, a winter hat.
When I’d exercise, it would be hit or miss. Some days I felt like my old self and others like I wanted to lie down and cry.
I felt puffy and soft all the time despite exercising heavily and eating a clean diet.
I had no desire nor energy to socialize and felt mute when I’d have to make small talk.
I trudged through each day mustering up the energy I could to get through basic tasks, and nothing more.
And it SUCKED!
This was not living to me, yet I couldn’t (or wouldn’t as I’m stubborn) figure it out on my own.
I was too close to the story to see my own blind spots so I hired a Nutritionist.
Read that again.
I, as a nutritionist, hired a nutritionist to help me.
And it’s the best thing I’ve done in a long time because now I feel amazing
She was able to help me see my own resistance to digging deeper.
She was able to call me out on my own bullshit when I tried to escape the hard work.
She opened my eyes to new products that were a game-changer in my energy.
She helped me get back to my old spastic, bouncing with energy, kind of crazy self.
I feel so effing good again and I want you to, too!

You can feel amazing again!
It’s 100% possible but you have to be willing to get help.
You must stop spinning your wheels and telling yourself you ‘should’ be able to figure it out on your own…because it’s not working!
For me, I addressed an underlying chronic infection that was robbing my body of zest (EBV).
I worked on adrenal support heavily by taking ALL my supplements EVERY DAY.
I quit cardio and became a walker until my energy returned. Then I started lifting with alternating yoga.
I backed off the hours in my business.
I 100% committed to removing inflammatory foods as indicated on my lab test.
I started meditating again.
I focused on healing my body.
