Me: What’s going on…what do you need?
Client:
I really want something sustainable.
I’ve tried a lot of different things.
It works for a little bit but I always end up back in the same place.
There’s a lot of different competing information out there that’s confusing so I don’t know what is best for me.
When I’m great, I’m great, and when I’m not, I rely on processed junk.
I don’t care as much about the weight, I just want my energy back.
I don’t want to be stressed about it and feel like I’m constantly failing.
I’m type A. If I do make a mistake or mess up, then it’s hard for me to forgive myself and move past that and close that chapter.
I think it’s a lot of a “me” thing and less of a “food” thing.
I don’t know what my body truly needs to feel its best.
Hormones? Macros? I don’t know??.
I’m about 15 lbs over where I feel in my head my target goal is.
I may want to change my composition too.
Me: When you reach your goals, how is life different?
Client:
Clothes fit & feel differently.
I can grab anything in my closet and have it not be a reminder of times past and what I used to look like.
I’d have less mom guilt of not being available for my kids after work because I’m so tired.
I’d be available more for my husband.
I want meals to be natural and less like a decision-making process each time.
I would love more tone in my body.
More definition.
Increased energy.
I have a demanding job and kids.
I shouldn’t feel like I have nothing left to give at the end of my work day.
No more guessing or internal struggle or questioning meals.
I feel like I have to make so many choices and decisions all day long, I don’t want to have decision fatigue with this anymore.
Intuitive.
Less weighed down mentally and physically.
I would be a more engaged parent because I’d be available for my kids.
Better, more active participant life.
I like the idea of The SHED as a kick-start to set the foundation for sustainability.
The results you get from The SHED help fuel things to stay motivated.
Knowing there is a plan for after the first three months makes me feel supported.

“I was completely overwhelmed and exhausted with everything in life…that actually might be an understatement!
Between constantly juggling my demanding schedule of 2 very busy kids, a career-driven husband, a caregiver to my parents & in-laws, and running a successful business, I was VERY burnt out and frazzled. I was always torn, felt I was always ‘busy’ and never had time for myself or the things I wanted to do. I would tell myself “well…I guess this is my life and I will just have to live in constant chaos!” – – – WRONG!
After completing and mastering the SHED Overwhelm course I have uncovered time for the actual priorities in my life (and yes, I now have time to prioritize self-care, exercise, self-development and downtime!). I feel more in control of my life, schedule, obligations and commitments. Rachel’s 4-D methodology has reduced overwhelm and created success in my personal life and in my business! Rachel breaks down overwhelm, the mindset process and prioritizing obligations to a science- I became very intentional with my time!
I would HIGHLY recommend this course to any overwhelmed, busy, burnt-out woman, mother, business owner…really anyone! It was very affordable, easy to understand & keep up with and I am appreciative I have the knowledge and tools to use in my day-to-day life.”
