“I have to think about it”.
What this really means, is you’re uncomfortable making a big decision at the moment.
Even though your gut tells you yes, your mind is screaming no.
Telling yourself you have to think about it is really just a form of buying yourself time to talk yourself out of doing it.
It’s buying yourself time to price-shop, find evidence of why you shouldn’t do it, and poll other people for approval or validation.
It means prolonging feeling crappy in your body and with your weight because you are uncertain or uncomfortable with making a decision.
So no, you don’t need time to think about it, you need to make a decision.
You need to take action and make a decision even when you are uncertain.
Because certainty comes from either believing you can do it, or proof you can based on past experience doing the EXACT thing.
This means anything new will ALWAYS feel uncertain unless you decide to believe in yourself 100% OR get busy doing the big, scary thing to prove to yourself you can.
And when you do, the mental chatter stops.
The negotiating and vacillating stop.
You stop “thinking” and start “doing”.
It’s like accepting a new job.
You think about it constantly.
Run every scenario through your mind.
Try to predict the worst and best possible outcomes.
It’s consuming.
Until you make a HELL YES, or a HELL NO decision.
And the minute you do, you are free of mental and emotional drama and will start taking action.
Same goes for joining The SHED.
You don’t need to think about it anymore.
You need to make a powerful, strong, intuitive decision that will benefit the FUTURE YOU.
Be a HELL YES.
For yourself now.
For yourself a year from now.
For yourself 10 years from now.
Registration closes in just six days on March 27th.
We begin on April 3rd.

PS: All new things come with uncertainty but you did it anyway.
Like having children.
Getting married.
Going to college.
Changing careers.
Moving to a new city.
None of these came with 100% certainty they would work out.
But you did it anyway and you MADE it work!
You can do this with your health and weight too.
I’ll help.
“I joined the SHED looking for a kick start to change my eating habits and got so much more. Rachel made this such an amazing experience with her transparent style. Coaching, community, and self-reflection—it’s all a part of the program and gets you to look deeper than just eating habits. Rachel and her team provide so many helpful tools that there will be something for everyone. I liked the scientific aspects of learning about what works for me through the food sensitivity test. I now have a better playbook and plan for how I can take my health into my own hands and make intentional choices that work for me.” Carol C. – Chief Human Resource Officer
