The women I work with have made a lot of sacrifices to get where they are in their careers.
The most notable is their health and body composition.
Because corporate expectations and success models are not founded on supporting the health and needs of the person, but rather, on the financial health of the business.
Expectations of women to “prove” themselves to get to the top involves long hours, high stress, while sacrificing self for company, NOT maintaining their wellness
If you are one of these women, I am not chastising you.
I fully support your desire for big careers. I am your greatest advocate in this.
My hope is to one day see an equal number of women in corner offices, C-level leaders, sitting on boards, and holding positions never held by a woman before.
I’ll help you do this by ensuring your health & wellbeing, which includes your weight, are optimized creating not only growth but sustainability.
Because when you’re well, vibrant, and healthy, you are capable of so much more, which is hard to fathom because you’re so successful the way it is, but you are happier. And being happy AND meeting your KPIs is the holy grail.
If we are going to disrupt the current system that honestly, doesn’t work well for most women, someone needs to take the lead.
Someone needs to show other women following in their footsteps a different way to achieve success.
One that protects their health, mental wellness, and body composition.
Someone needs to disrupt the status quo and prove it can be done.
This is what I help my clients do.
It involves so much more than nutrition.
It’s a lifestyle that supports the WHOLE WOMAN, to ensure health, weight, happiness, and longevity.
It’s about the QUALITY of life while having big careers.
If you’re interested in disrupting the status quo of your health, weight, and success norms, then enroll in the April 3rd SHED.

“I joined the SHED looking for a kick start to change my eating habits and got so much more. Rachel made this such an amazing experience with her transparent style. Coaching, community, and self-reflection—it’s all a part of the program and gets you to look deeper than just eating habits. Rachel and her team provide so many helpful tools that there will be something for everyone. I liked the scientific aspects of learning about what works for me through the food sensitivity test. I now have a better playbook and plan for how I can take my health into my own hands and make intentional choices that work for me.” Carol C. – Chief Human Resource Officer
