Let’s be real, is it REALLY about the food?
Or is it about how chaotic, insanely busy, and never-ending your days are?
If you’re like my clients, it’s the latter.
It’s big jobs with big demands.
It’s about wanting to be a fantastic mom AND entrepreneur.
It’s about having a BIG life…..maybe too big? (aka a LOT of stuff to do, mainly other people’s stuff)
It’s supporting your husband’s big career, your kid’s sports, your friend’s 40’th get-away, projects, deadlines, launches, team development, the dog…always the dog needing yet another trip to the vet.
It’s LIFE, not FOOD.
And you know this, kinda.
Yet you keep focusing on the food.
Turn your head my friend and take a hard look at life.
What do you need to stop doing (other people’s stuff) in order to start doing (your stuff)?
What do you need to delegate?
Why do you think you have to do it all…right now?
Until you scale your life, you won’t be able to scale your health or weight.
It won’t happen. I’m sorry, but it won’t.
I’ve done this long enough to know there’s no amount of kale that will fix this because it’s not a kale problem, it’s a you problem.
